Will I be charged when I use the services of the Points of Single Contact? If yes, how much do I have to pay?

Our consultations and research for information are free of charge. Only after finalising your application, we will charge 27 Euro per 30 minutes or part thereof. However, we will not charge more than 50 % of the overall fee.

How can I contact the Points of Single Contact?

You can contact the PSC via phone, personally, e-mail, fax or in written form.

In which languages can I get help from the Points of Single Contact?

You can reach us in German as well as in English.

What can I do with the Points of Single Contact?

The PSC will inform you sector-independent about procedures and formalities regarding the establishment or exercise of a service activity in case it falls under the EU-services directive. This includes business registrations, registration for the register of qualified craftsmen or other registers. If you are uncertain whether your service activity can be covered by the PSC, please feel free to contact the Coordinator M-V.

What does the online application assistant do?

You can register a new business, extend an existing one or register transnational activities, change your address or deregister your business. If you have anything else in mind, check the provided list of services or contact your PSC.

Who has access to the documents I upload to the platform?

Your uploaded documents will be handled confidentially as you are using the provided services of the PSC. Your personal PSC has access to all of your provided documents so they can forward them to the competend authorities. Those authorities can only access those documents they are permissioned to handle.
